It is framed in silver and on a Sterling silver and Vermeil base reminiscent of the Cartier Style.
The medal is hallmarked with Sterling hallmark. The bail is also sterling.
Beautiful enamel representation of the Virgin Mary. The medal is in pristine condition . This is a very rarely seen item.
