All Antique and Vintage Rosaries that I list come from my private collection.
They are genuine antiques – older than 100 years – or genuine vintages – from 30 to 100 years old.
All are in perfect condition and still very much usable. They are unique and a real pleasure to collect or still use.
The very exceptional and unique item in this listing, which dates fron the mid "=th Century and is totally hand made, has the following characteristics:
1- The beads are faceted black banded agates all hand cut.
2- Ave bead size is 8.5 mm diameter round beads. The Pater beads have same size but are Sterling CAPPED hand made.
3- The 13 medals are vintages and antiques all originals, all in sterling silver, dating from late 19th Century to mid 20th Century. Please see all details in photos and use the zoom feature for all fine details.Most of them have one or more hallmarks.
4- Total weight of the rosary is a heavy 75 grams This rosary is very heavy in Sterling silver.
5- Total length is 55 cm or 22 in. It will easily go over the head.
6- All metal parts are sterling silver.
